Turn more inquiries into conversations
Follow up before they move on.
A quote request lands while you’re with a customer. By the time you reply, they’ve called someone else. I help you acknowledge the inquiry, collect what you need, and keep the next step moving.
Talk through your workflow ↗You shouldn’t need to remember every follow-up.
When requests arrive through forms and email, it is easy to lose track of who needs a reply. I connect the tools you already use so each inquiry has a home, an owner and a next step. Your team stays responsible for the conversation.
What we could put in place
- Capture a website inquiry in your existing customer list or CRM.
- Send an acknowledgment using wording you have approved.
- Summarize the request and flag missing details for your team.
- Create a follow-up task and stop reminders when the customer replies.
How we check the benefit
We compare response time, inquiries followed up, appointments booked and customers won. Extra revenue only counts toward the return after the cost of delivering that work.
Is this right for your business?
A good fit if you already receive inquiries but follow-up slips during busy days. If too few people are contacting you, we should address that before building a follow-up system.
I don’t include advertising, purchased leads or guaranteed sales. Pricing decisions and unusual requests stay with a person.
Scope and cost
A review of one workflow is $500, credited toward a build. A small pilot starts at $2,500; standard implementations start at $4,500. The final price depends on the systems involved and the work required. Software fees are separate.
You receive a written scope, documentation, a walkthrough and 30 days of defect fixes. Ongoing care is optional. We agree a realistic schedule after looking at your tools and availability.
I’m based in Bridgewater, New Jersey, working with local service businesses and teams across the U.S.
