Before we talk.
Do I need to know anything about AI?
No. Show me the task you repeat and the tools you use. I’ll explain what can be improved, what it would cost and where a person still needs to be involved.
Will I have to replace the software I already use?
Usually the starting point is what you already pay for. I check its built-in features first. If a simple setting solves the problem, that is the recommendation. New tools only get added when there is a clear reason.
How will we know if it is worth the cost?
Before a build, we agree a baseline: time spent, follow-ups missed or work delayed. Then we compare it with the result. Extra revenue is measured after delivery costs, and time saved is not automatically a reduction in payroll.
What does a first project cost?
A workflow review is $500, credited toward a build. A small, clearly scoped pilot starts at $2,500. Standard implementations start at $4,500. You get a written scope and fixed quote before deciding. Software subscriptions are separate.
What happens if something stops working?
Each build includes a 30-day window to fix defects in the agreed scope, documentation and a way to do the task manually. Optional care starts at $400 a month for one workflow. Support hours and response times are agreed in writing; round-the-clock support is not included.
Do you work with businesses near Bridgewater?
Yes. I’m based in Bridgewater and work with businesses in Somerville, Basking Ridge, Hillsborough and across New Jersey. Most working sessions happen online, so I can also help businesses elsewhere in the U.S.
